The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking an Associate Claim Rep, Workers’ Compensation, in California. You will receive comprehensive training in claim handling, customer service, and policy interpretation while working alongside experienced professionals to build the skills needed to handle workers’ compensation claims independently.

Through a structured program lasting up to 12 months, you will learn to review and investigate claims, determine coverage, gather information, and communicate

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Prior internship or work experience in customer service or insurance.
• Willingness to obtain an active adjuster license as required by state law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn claims management.

Mansioni

• Participate in structured training covering policies, claims processes, systems and procedures.
• Assist in reviewing, investigating, and documenting Workers' Compensation claims under supervision.
• Determine coverage, compensability, and exposure based on policy terms and claim facts.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in management systems.
• Aim to return injured workers to work and coordinate related medical treatment.
