Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations to determine compensability and policy coverage.
• Establish and update reserves; collaborate with medical case managers.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and coordinate with nurses, legal, and specialty resources.
• Prepare letters and state filings within statutory limits and pursue offset opportunities.
• Proactively manage files to close or reassign with proper documentation.
