HDR is seeking an experienced Coastal & Navigable Waterways Practice Leader to guide federal feasibility studies and manage complex navigational, economic, and environmental studies. The role bridges sponsors and USACE, supervising staff and delivering high-impact maritime projects.

Targets include quality, schedule, and client satisfaction across HDR’s Waterfront Infrastructure practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong coastal engineering background, 10+ years in design/management, and

• Diverse project leadership across maritime and coastal infrastructure.
