The role emphasizes delivery excellence, knowledge transfer, and strategic planning with a focus on public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plan formulation for Federal clients or similar complex projects.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to successful project outcomes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to mentor staff and promote career progression.
