Job summary

HDR is a leading employee-owned engineering firm focusing on water resource planning and infrastructure. The Business Class Lead will work with the Business Class Director and HDR peers to monitor competencies, staff development, and execution of water resource planning that meets federal standards.

You will mentor teams, promote quality culture, and drive growth by coordinating with market sector directors, local leaders, and client teams to align initiatives with drivers and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration or certification may be required depending on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Serve as Quality Control lead, technical advisor, and technical lead for projects.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, workflows to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with HDR teams to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
