Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to advance water resource planning initiatives and mentor teams while driving project delivery excellence. You will align staff development with market growth and collaborate with market sector directors and HDR peers to deliver high-impact projects that advance HDR's water practice.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while upholding HDR's employee-owned culture and commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Professional registration may be required depending on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Engaging in tactical planning with HDR leadership to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; assist in recruiting key positions.
• Collaborating with client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; lead or participate in pursuits.
