Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support HDR standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to improve service quality.
• Participate in tactical planning with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, client facing and staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
