Job summary

The Business Class Lead will work with the Business Class Director and HDR peers on monitoring and improving technical competencies, staff development, and execution of water resource planning that meets federal standards.

The successful candidate will mentor teams, drive market growth, and coordinate with directors, area staff, and marketing to align initiatives with client needs and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; act as QC lead, technical advisor, and lead for specific projects.
• Leading or supporting standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Engaging in tactical planning, align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting key positions.
• Working with HDR teams, client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop, and share qualifications and project approaches; lead or participate in pursuits.
