Job summary

HDR is seeking a seasoned Business Class Lead to advance water resource planning projects. You will mentor teams, promote a culture of quality, and align strategic initiatives with market needs while coordinating with market sector directors and HDR peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ten years of related experience or more.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as Quality Control lead and technical lead on projects.
• Leading or supporting standards, guidelines, tools, checklists and workflows to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in strategic planning to align HDR initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting of key positions.
• Collaborating with client-facing and marketing staff to track qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
