Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead in the Water Business Group to mentor staff, drive delivery excellence, and promote market growth. You will collaborate with market sector directors and area staff to align initiatives with client needs and internal standards, delivering high-quality water resource planning work.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of ten years' experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and professional registration if required.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as Quality Control lead and technical advisor for specific projects.
• Leading or supporting standards and guidelines to enhance service quality and efficiency; promote forward-thinking approaches and technology adoption.
• Participating in tactical planning; engage HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; assist with recruiting key positions.
• Working with HDR teams including client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
