The Business Class Lead will help shape water resource planning efforts by promoting a quality culture and guiding staff development to achieve project goals.

The role requires mentoring, market growth, and collaboration with market sector directors and clients to align initiatives with drivers and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as Quality Control lead and technical lead for projects.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participate in tactical planning; align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; support recruiting key positions.
• Collaborate with client-facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on pursuits as lead or team member.
