HDR is a leading engineering firm delivering water resources solutions across the United States. The Business Class Lead will guide delivery, mentoring, and market growth, collaborating with market sector directors and HDR peers to advance projects and staff development.

The role drives quality culture, leads or supports standards, and works with client-facing teams to align initiatives with market drivers, while contributing to recruitment and strategy for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
• Preferred: Experience leading plan formulation for Federal clients (PR&G).

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting Business Class standards and guidelines technical tools, checklists, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs; recruiting key positions.
• Working with HDR teams including client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
