Job summary

HDR seeks a Business Class Lead to drive delivery excellence in water resources. You will mentor teams, shape market growth, and collaborate with market sector directors and leaders to align initiatives with client needs.

You will lead or support recruiting, staffing, and knowledge transfer, advancing the quality culture and ensuring delivery success on federal water projects with a focus on PR&G guidance and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as a Quality Control lead, advisor, and technical lead for specific projects.
• Leading or supporting standards and guidelines to enhance service quality and efficiency; promote forward thinking delivery and strategy approaches.
• Participating in tactical planning with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers; lead or support recruiting key positions.
• Working with HDR colleagues in client-facing and marketing roles to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches; engage on specific pursuits as a lead or team member.
