Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead in the Water Business Group to monitor and improve technical competencies, staff development, and the execution of water resource planning that meets federal standards. The role focuses on driving growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and aligning staff with project needs across HDR's network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Fostering a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Leading or supporting standards, tools, workflows, and techniques to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Participating in tactical planning including engagement with HDR to align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
• Working with HDR teams including client facing and marketing staff to track, develop and share qualifications and project approaches.
