Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) to partner with the Business Class Director and HDR peers on monitoring and improving technical competencies, staff development, and execution of water resource planning that meets federal standards and expectations.

The BCL will promote a quality culture, drive BC initiatives that drive growth and project delivery, and work with areas to hire, train and support career progression of staff within this technical service area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional registration or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead standards and guidelines for technical tools, checklists, workflows and techniques.
• Participate in planning, align initiatives with market drivers and client needs.
