HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead (BCL) in the Water Business Group to mentor staff, drive delivery quality, and promote market growth. The role partners with the Business Class Director and HDR teams to advance water resource planning that meets federal standards, shaping a robust technical service area with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in a related field.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities; active participation in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching; serve as Quality Control lead and technical lead on projects.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, workflows to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Engage in tactical planning, align initiatives with market drivers, and support recruiting for key positions.
• Collaborate with client-facing and marketing staff, pursue specific pursuits, and drive industry strategies.
