Qualifications

• Leadership and communication skills essential for managing a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage including wine, spirits, and beer.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop a service team.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with POS and reservation systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports and manages the restaurant while working closely with hotel departments.
• Learn and support F&B operations across outlets to cover when needed.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve guest service excellence and staff satisfaction.
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and competitions to drive revenue.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; ensure professional standards and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional opportunities.
