Water Grill in Southern California is seeking a Senior Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and service standards. You will coach a diverse crew, partner with the kitchen, and drive daily operations to ensure exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Four years of experience as a Manager in any industry.
• Two years of experience as a Manager in full service, high volume restaurant.
• College degree in a related field is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good longevity in previous roles.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to reach and move in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations, including front desk, bar/lounge, kitchen and dining room.
• Manages financial aspects: safe handling, invoices, tips, vendor relations.
• Hires and trains crew; conducts interviews and personnel development.
• Forecasts product needs based on inventory and sales.
• Creates staff schedules for one or more workgroups.
• Collaborates with kitchen to ensure quality and consistency.
• Develops incentive programs to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
