Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Two years of experience as a Manager.
• College degree in a related field, preferred.
• Flexible schedule to work nights, weekends, holidays.
• Longevity in prior roles.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., reach up to 6 ft., move through tight aisles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations from ordering to guest relations and service standards.
• Manages front-of-house areas across dining, bar/lounge, and main dining room.
• Handles financial operations, vendor relations, and labor decisions.
• Participates in hiring and coaching of crew.
• Creates schedules for workgroups and supports incentive programs.
