Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food.
• High school graduate, some college
• Any previous supervisor experience.
• Food Handler Card
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must be well organized and able to focus under pressure.
• Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening duties as assigned and to standard.
• Seat guests promptly and courteously, accommodating special requests.
• Ensure transfer of guest checks between staff.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly.
• Interact with guests and coworkers professionally.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints.
• Follow manager's instructions and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
