Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Restaurant General Manager experience.
• Proven success leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Experience managing P&Ls, labor costs, and performance metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
