Job summary

Azabu Miami and Lolo's in Miami Beach, FL, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations of a fine-dining restaurant. You will oversee staff, control costs, ensure impeccable service, and partner with hotel management for guest satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in a similar position, strong knowledge of wines and cocktails, and proficiency with OpenTable and MICROS. EOS Hospitality offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in a similar position.
• Must be able to speak, hear, understand, read, and write English.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and liquors and proper service with pairings.
• Proficiency in OpenTable or similar reservation system.
• Proficiency in MICROS or similar POS program at a managerial level.
• Food Handler’s Card.
• High school diploma.
• Knowledge of current events, culture, and culinary happenings.
• Knowledge of guest experience and interdepartmental relations.

Responsibilities

• Establish a restaurant business plan by surveying demand and forecasting budgets and projections.
• Set floor service goals and resolve problems across all service facets; anticipate trends.
• Communicate with public relations and marketing; program and evaluate results.
• Maintain SOPs; implement production, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring offerings; build relationships with guests.
• Operate restaurant to high standards; coordinate with hotel management for feedback.
• Develop innovative ideas to continually deliver quality products.
• Interview, supervise, mentor, coach, train, and evaluate staff.
• Hold team members accountable and manage expectations.
• Oversee operations with other departments and cost controls.
