Water Grill, a premier seafood restaurant, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, develop staff, and uphold exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume setting. You will mentor the management team, drive financial performance, and ensure service excellence across all departments.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in restaurant management, 2+ years as GM, seafood knowledge, and a degree in business or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience as a Manager in full-service, high-volume restaurant.
• Two years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service casual or fine dining restaurant of similar concept.
• Seafood knowledge and prior kitchen experience preferred.
• College degree in a related field is preferred.
• Flexible schedule required—nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house to back-of-house service standards.
• Leads and supports the Management team to set goals and achieve results.
• Manages performance reviews, staffing, and labor budgets.
• Conducts training and cross-training of crew and managers.
• Interviews and selects new crew; final hiring decisions.
