Job summary

EOS Hospitality is seeking a General Manager for Azabu Miami and Lolo's in Miami Beach. You will lead restaurant operations, supervise staff, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest experiences, with emphasis on wine/spirits expertise and beverage program leadership.

The role requires extensive hospitality leadership, proficiency in OpenTable and MICROS, and a strong focus on service standards, training, and cross-department collaboration to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Five years of management experience in a similar dining/hospitality setting.
• Must be able to speak, hear, understand, read, and write the English language.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverages with pairing ability.
• Proficiency in reservation systems (OpenTable) and POS systems (MICROS).
• Food Handler’s Card and related certifications.
• Knowledge of current events, culinary trends, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a restaurant business plan, budgets, forecasts, and sales projections.
• Lead floor service, set goals, and drive profit-oriented cost-saving ideas.
• Coordinate with PR and marketing on programs and results, monitor demand shifts.
• Maintain SOPs, quality standards, and system improvements for optimal guest experience.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate staff; ensure accountability across teams.
• Oversee inventory, payroll, and purchasing, partnering with Hotel Management as needed.
