Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Sally's Waterfront Dining to lead daily operations of a flagship outlet on the waterfront in downtown San Diego. You will drive guest service standards, financial performance, and team development in a hospitality-forward environment.

As a true hospitality leader, you will collaborate with hotel departments, plan promotions, recruit and train staff, and foster a high-energy, guest-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in high-volume settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Sally's Waterfront Dining.
• Collaborate with hotel departments and marketing for guest experiences.
• Plan promotions and events; develop strategies for revenue and cost control.
