Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the restaurant team by hiring, training, motivating, and developing employees to ensure strong operational performance.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, food ordering, and payroll processes.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, friendly, accurate service and meet service metrics.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis; control labor, food, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and health standards.
