Job summary

Victaulic in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow sales of grooved mechanical pipe joining solutions. You will engage with mechanical contractors, engineers and building owners, conduct product demos, and develop local market strategies with the Regional Sales Manager.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and proven field sales experience in construction or PVF/mechanical products, with willingness to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products or in construction/mechanical fields.
• Willingness to travel including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales plans in Kansas City and surrounding area.
• Demonstrate Victaulic products and provide technical support to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers and building owners.
• Coordinate with distributors and regional managers to maximize sales.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities from concept through commissioning.
• Lead product demonstrations and lunch-and-learn sessions for engineers.
