Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water projects in the Pacific Northwest. You will manage scope, budget, and schedules, coordinating with internal teams, clients, and regulators to deliver high-quality designs and constructions.

You will mentor staff, promote collaboration, and help grow the Water-Business across multiple geographies, with a flexible work environment including remote options where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 12 years’ relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience managing and/or coordinating projects.
• PE license preferred and PMP or ability to achieve within 1 year of hire are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver water project initiatives for clients.
• Develop and manage scope, budget, and schedule across multiple projects.
• Identify resources, manage costs and schedule, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support proposal pricing, cost proposals, and marketing efforts to win work.
• Promote internal policies, risk, and quality management, and mentor future leaders.
