Job summary

Stantec seeks a Water/Wastewater Sr. Project Manager to lead planning and engineering design of water/wastewater infrastructure. You will manage a design team, mentor staff, and drive proposals and client relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes project scope, budgets, staffing, and schedules while coordinating with regulatory agencies and stakeholders. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
• PMI-PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a design team of engineers and technicians.
• Mentor and supervise staff and develop high-performing project teams.
• Participate in business line teams to manage and develop proposals; client-facing for business development.
