Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of water and wastewater plants. This role requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and budget management to ensure safe, reliable service for communities.

BA/BS in a related field with 5–7 years water/wastewater experience and at least 2 years supervising staff is required. CDL and Water/Wastewater license are preferred; proficiency with OSHA, DOT rules, and SOPs is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 5-7 years water/wastewater experience.
• Two years supervisory experience required.
• License specifics: Water/Wastewater Operator’s License; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of water and wastewater plants.
• Lead staff hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and DOT/OSHA requirements are met.
• Communicate with account managers on operations progress.
• Manage maintenance of trucks/equipment and capital budget.
• Create monthly operations reports and oversee cost/quality control.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements.
