Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Project Manager to oversee facilities under a single contract, including staff leadership, financial performance, contract compliance, and customer relations. The role requires coordination with clients and regulators, and effective management of operations and capital projects.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in water/wastewater operations, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to obtain required certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operation of a water or wastewater facility or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Formulates project goals, strategies, and SOPs. Directs implementation of approved changes.
• Achieves growth targets through managing new business development, contract negotiations, renewals and scope expansion.
• Maintains contract compliance and account management.
• Manages hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, development and HR activities for project staff.
• Meets with client representatives to discuss operations, maintenance, and capital projects; attends council meetings as required.
