Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field; 5–7 years wastewater experience.
• Two years supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL preferred; Wastewater Operator's License may be required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; working knowledge of OSHA, DOT and SOPs.
• Clear, professional communication; commitment to safety and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and maintenance activities of wastewater plants.
• Leads operators in hiring, onboarding, performance management, training and development.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, OSHA and other regulatory requirements are met.
• Communicates with account managers about ongoing operations on a weekly basis.
• Conducts site visits and coordinates with maintenance regarding repairs.
• Manages maintenance of trucks and equipment, including budgeting.
• Creates and manages the operational budget and monthly reports.
• Assesses operational performance and implements continuous improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
