Job summary

Inframark LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee facilities management, operations, and maintenance under one contract. The role includes staffing, budget control, contract compliance, and strong client relations.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 5+ years in water/wastewater operations; valid driver's license and ability to obtain relevant certifications. Office-based with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 5 years' experience in the operation of a water/wastewater facility.
• Driver's license required; ability to obtain water/wastewater certification.

Responsibilities

• Formulates project goals, strategies, and SOPs; directs implementation of approved changes.
• Manages growth through new business development, contract negotiations, renewals and scope expansion.
• Maintains contract compliance and account management.
• Oversees hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and HR for project staff.
• Meets with client representatives and council to discuss operations, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Prepares and administers annual operating and capital budgets; composes reports.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements (DOT, OSHA, safety).
• Responsible for financial performance including client invoicing and accounts payable/receivable management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
