Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in the United States seeks an experienced Account Manager for our Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division. You will partner with customers across industries to deliver advanced chemical water treatment solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor to improve energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, or 8+ years in water treatment field.
Chemical water & process treatment experience.
4+ years of technical sales with account management, revenue growth, and customer relationship building.
Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem.
Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports to analyze data and recommend improvements.
Execute Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects driving water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
Meet and exceed annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews and negotiations.
Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities.
Work safely following all EHS policies.
