Job summary

Veolia in the United States is seeking an Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division. You will partner with customers across industries to design advanced chemical water treatment solutions, marrying technical advisory with sales excellence to improve energy and water sustainability and asset protection.

You will develop service plans, conduct business reviews, and pursue new opportunities while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) preferred, or 8+ years in the field.
• Chemical water treatment experience.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience with success in account management and revenue growth.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem Applications.
• Write and deliver Technical Service Reports that analyze customer data, interpret results, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute the Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water & energy sustainability and asset protection
• Meet and achieve annual revenue targets while managing margin reviews, price escalations, and negotiations
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities for growth
• Work safely following all EHS policies and procedures
