Job summary

The Vincit Group in Missouri is seeking an Area Chemical Sales Manager to drive water treatment sales for boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systems. You will educate customers on treatment programs, prepare estimates, and maintain records while building long-term relationships.

The successful candidate has 2–3 years of water treatment experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for overnight client visits. Competitive salary plus commission and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience and education.
• 2-3 years of experience in water treatment required.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Willing to travel for overnight client visits.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells water chemical products to potential customers.
• Explains treatment package benefits and sells chemicals to treat problems.
• Estimates and advises customer of service costs to correct water-treatment process problems.
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads, and attending events.
• Maintains customer records and follows up with tests and analyses.
