Veolia Water Technologies is seeking an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to drive technical water treatment solutions across industries. You will act as a trusted advisor, blending sales with engineering insight to optimize cooling, boiler, and wastewater programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years in water treatment field.
• Chemical water treatment experience.
• 4+ years technical sales with revenue growth and customer relationship building.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• A full valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, and Memchem.
• Conduct sample testing and deliver Technical Service Reports.
• Execute the Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new profitable opportunities.
• Work safely following EHS policies.
