We seek an experienced Account Manager for the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring division to develop deep customer relationships and deliver innovative water treatment solutions.

You will analyze chemical treatment programs, conduct tests, and deliver reports to optimize efficiency and asset protection while achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years in water treatment field.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience.
• 4+ years technical sales with revenue growth and customer relationships.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
• Prepare and deliver Technical Service Reports with data analysis and improvement recommendations.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program with Service Plans and Value Generation Plans.
• Lead Sustainability initiatives and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability.
• Meet annual revenue targets, manage margins, and handle price escalations and negotiations.
• Identify and secure new, profitable business opportunities and nurture a healthy sales funnel.
• Uphold safety policies and work safely in industrial environments.
