Job summary

Culligan, a global leader in water treatment, is seeking a Residential Sales Consultant to drive territory growth and close high-value home water solutions. You will work with company leads and self-generation to build a robust pipeline, conduct in-home tests, and present tailored options to homeowners.

Earn a substantial income with base pay plus commissions and bonuses, with ongoing coaching and development in a flexible work model that supports home-office, office, and in-home appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong closing ability and confidence in presenting home water solutions.
• Proven skill at prospecting, setting appointments and following up with leads.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and persuasive sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Own daily territory management and hunt new business opportunities while servicing provided leads.
• Grow pipeline through self-generation, referrals, networking, and community presence.
• Assess homeowners’ needs with in-home tests and present tailored water-treatment solutions.
• Apply proven sales strategies to close more deals and write larger tickets with higher commissions.
• Follow up with past customers to explore additional equipment opportunities and referrals.
• Establish trust and long-term relationships with homeowners; coordinate with service teams for a seamless experience.
• Track activity and results; provide weekly updates and pipeline to Sales Manager.
