Job summary

Culligan is seeking high-earning field sales professionals to drive residential water treatment solutions across an assigned territory. You will start with a paid training program and company-provided leads, then grow a sustainable sales career with uncapped commissions.

Applicants should have at least one year of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, coachable mindset. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with CRM experience beneficial for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and hunt for opportunities while servicing company-provided leads.
• Conduct in-home water consultations, assess customer needs, and present customized water treatment solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and generate new business via referrals and networking.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
