Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a Residential Water Treatment Consultant to own a territory, conduct in-home water tests, and tailor solutions for homeowners. You will follow up on opportunities, build trust, and work with service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required are a BS degree in Sales/Marketing (or equivalent), 1+ year of residential sales, and eligibility for Culligan Sales License within 90 days, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred in Sales or Marketing, plus 1+ year of sales experience.
• Proven residential sales track record preferred.
• Community involvement.
• Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and obtain Culligan Sales License within 90 days.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and hunt for new business opportunities while servicing company-provided leads.
• Assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions to homeowners.
• Utilize follow-up techniques with customers to inquire about additional equipment opportunities and referrals.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Partner with service and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Track activity and results to stay aligned with goals.
