Job summary

Culligan by Consolidated Water Group, LLC. is seeking a self-motivated field sales professional in Florida to conduct in-home consultations and close new business. This full-commission role offers uncapped earnings with FA earnings potential depending on performance.

Training provided, leads supplied, and a robust benefits package supports your success. Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce or similar).

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and hunt for new opportunities while servicing company-provided leads.
• Conduct in-home water consultations, assess customer needs, and present customized water treatment solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and generate referrals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

Estimated annual earnings of $100,000-$130,000+, with top performers exceeding $175,000. What You'll Do

• Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for “hunting” for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
• Conduct in-home water consultations, assess customer needs, and present customized water treatment solutions that help homeowners improve their water quality.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners while generating new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while tracking activity and providing regular updates to management.
