Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a Residential Water Treatment Consultant to own a territory, hunt for new business, service company-provided leads, and build lasting relationships with homeowners. You will conduct in-home water tests, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with service and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

A BS in Sales/Marketing and a proven sales track record are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 1+ year of sales experience.
• Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.
• Community involvement.
• Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and hunt for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads.
• Assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions to homeowners to address their concerns.
• Utilize follow-up techniques with customers that previously purchased to inquire about additional equipment opportunities as well as referral offerings.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Partner with service and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals.
