Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a Residential Water Treatment Consultant to own your territory, hunt for new business, and service company-provided leads. You will assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions to homeowners.

Build trust, nurture long-term relationships, and partner with service and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role emphasizes networking, referrals, and tracking activity to meet growth goals, with licensure

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred in Sales or Marketing with 1+ year of sales experience.
• Proven track record of residential sales experience preferred.
• Community involvement.
• Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of territory and hunt for new business while servicing leads.
• Assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions to homeowners.
• Utilize follow-up techniques with customers to inquire about additional equipment and referrals.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Partner with service and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Grow pipeline through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Track activity and results to stay aligned with goals.
