Culligan International is expanding its residential sales team in Florida. This high-earning field sales role offers full commission with uncapped earnings, with estimated annual earnings of $100,000–$130,000+, and top performers earning $175,000+.

You will receive a four-week training program, coaching, and company-provided leads to launch your career. Responsibilities include in-home consultations, needs assessment, and presenting customized water treatment solutions while building long-term

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and hunt for new opportunities while servicing company-provided leads.
• Conduct in-home water consultations and present customized water treatment solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners and generate referrals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

What You'll Do

• Take daily ownership of your territory and be accountable for “hunting” for additional business opportunities while also servicing company-provided leads
• Conduct in-home water consultations, assess customer needs, and present customized water treatment solutions that help homeowners improve their water quality.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners while generating new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while tracking activity and providing regular updates to management.
