Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager in CSM to collaborate with customers across diverse industries, developing advanced chemical water and process treatment solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, building deep relationships while driving energy and water sustainability, profitability, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist, or minimum 8+ years in water treatment field.
• Chemical water & process treatment experience required.
• 4+ years of technical sales with account management success.
• Experience with consultative selling and technical solution development.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical treatment programs for cooling water, boiler water, wastewater, and process applications.
• Prepare and present Technical Service Reports; analyze data and recommend improvements.
• Lead Account Management Excellence Program: Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans to advance water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
• Meet revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and negotiations.
• Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring, profitable opportunities.
