Job summary

C hemTreat Account Manager II is a developmental role designed to expose the associate to technical water treatment problem‑solving and fundamentals of customer selling. The candidate will shadow an experienced account manager and work within an existing territory to retain customers under supervision.

You will develop relationships with customers, help identify key decision makers, assist in preparing proposals, and begin to drive sales and profit margin with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in engineering or technical field (or equivalent).
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of experience interacting with customers at all levels; water treatment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, develop and implement sales strategies to grow ChemTreat’s share in the assigned geography.
• Build relationships with customers; identify key decision makers; accompany senior staff on calls and learn to drive to root issues.
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop retention and growth strategies and assist in proposals.
