Job summary

ChemTreat, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager I II III to shadow and learn under an experienced manager, gaining exposure to technical water treatment problem-solving and customer selling fundamentals.

The role involves developing relationships, identifying decision-makers, and working with senior staff to grow sales and margin within the assigned geography while delivering value to customers and the ChemTreat team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering or technical field preferred.
• 4 - 6 years of experience interacting with customers at all levels.
• Experience in water treatment preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase share in assigned geography.
• Identify key decision makers and build relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with senior staff to drive sales and margins in the territory.
• Engage technical staff to support retention and growth.
• Create effective proposals and communicate the value proposition.
