Job summary

Nalco Water, An Ecolab Company, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in targeted accounts. You’ll use a consultative approach to understand business drivers and deliver system assurance programs while managing relationships with current and prospective customers across industrial settings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least three years of technical or field sales experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience.
• Candidate must reside within commutable distance from New Castle, DE.
• Current and valid driver's license required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and assigned accounts to meet profit goals.
• Work with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and propose improvements and innovations.
• Develop relationships with plant/facility executives and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges, escalating when needed.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide recommendations to optimize customer operations.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations and technologies to build long-term business relationships.
