Job summary

Grundfos in Brookshire, Texas, is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large complexity projects in water technology, from order fulfilment to after-sales, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

You will work in a hybrid office/home setup, coordinating with SAP modules and cross-functional teams, applying risk, financial, and change management skills to maximise profitability.

Qualifications

• Engineering bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years delivering technically complex projects.
• Strong PM skills including financial, risk, and change management, with proficiency in PRINCE2 and SAP PS.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple medium-complexity projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple medium-to-large complexity projects using SAP SD, SAP PS, and Grundfos processes to targets.
• Coordinate with sub-suppliers and sub-contractors to align service levels and supply agreements.
• Prepare submittal packages and handover documentation per formats and standards.
• Proactively manage risks and opportunities across the project portfolio and escalate issues.
• Liaise with Proposals, Sales, Supply Chain, Field Service, and Warranty teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support monthly KPI analysis and reporting; collaborate with Finance to secure on-time payments.
